Golden Flavor was opening a brand new Sri Lankan restaurant in Shimotsuma, Japan — with zero online presence. No website, no online ordering, no way for customers to find them or place orders. In a market where diners search online before choosing where to eat, launching without a digital presence meant relying entirely on foot traffic and word of mouth.
They needed more than a simple website. They needed a complete system: a public-facing site with online ordering, a way to manage orders and kitchen workflow, and the ability to update menus, promotions, and all website content without any technical knowledge.

We designed and developed a full restaurant platform from scratch in 6–8 weeks. The public website includes multiple pages, an online menu with categories and pricing, online ordering for pickup and delivery, a photo gallery with drag-and-drop reordering, and a contact page with embedded Google Maps — all mobile-first and SEO-optimized.
The custom management dashboard gives the owner complete control over the entire digital side of the business: order management, kitchen queue, customer database, menu catalog and promotions, sales reports and payments, and a full website CMS. The owner can run the entire restaurant’s digital operation from one dashboard — no developer needed for day-to-day updates.
Live and converting from day one
Within the first month of opening, Golden Flavor’s website attracted over 1,000 unique visitors — remarkable for a brand new restaurant in a small Japanese city. The platform didn’t just give them a website — it gave them a complete digital infrastructure to run and grow their business online.
