What we solved
JoyCabs came to us with a website that was broken in almost every way: incorrect transaction fee calculations, a non-functional chauffeur booking plugin, dummy placeholder data still live on the site, and zero SEO optimization.
How we delivered
We took over the existing site and fixed it from the ground up. We repaired the booking plugin, corrected transaction fees, built custom currency switching (LKR/USD), replaced all dummy content, and optimized the entire site for search engines.
