JoyCabs came to us with a website that was broken in almost every way. The chauffeur booking plugin — the core feature of their business — was completely non-functional. Customers trying to book a ride would hit errors, dead ends, or unresponsive forms. Transaction fee calculations were incorrect, meaning the business was either overcharging customers or losing money on every booking.

On top of that, the site was still filled with dummy placeholder content — lorem ipsum text, stock images, and sample data that had never been replaced since the original build. For a customer landing on the site for the first time, it looked unprofessional and untrustworthy.

We took over the existing site and fixed it from the ground up. We repaired and reconfigured the booking plugin so customers could actually complete reservations. We corrected the transaction fee calculations that were charging wrong amounts. We built a custom currency switching feature (LKR/USD) so international tourists could see prices in their own currency. All dummy content was replaced with real copy and professional images, and the entire site was optimized for search engines.
